This plant is an evergreen perennial. It is notable for its striking semi-double flowers. This is a winter-flowering begonia, with yellow, pink-edged, semi-double flowers. Position in a light place indoors but away from direct sunlight.

It's shape is described as dome. It grows to a height of 0.2m and 0.18m in width. It has heart foliage that is green. It produces flowers during autumn/winter that are yellow and pink in colour.

This is a tender plant. It requires a moist, rich and well drained soil, preferring sun, and a position indoors. It is susceptible to and should be protected from mealy bugs, vine weevils, caterpillars, aphids and mildew.
