We were impressed with the speed of delivery and how well packaged the log store was. Receiving emailed instructions ahead of arrival was very helpful a it enabled us to be prepared. We were out when it arrived but found it neatly and considerately stacked outside the house. Quality is good. We were missing a couple of screws which we had in our collection of spares. Also the back centre post was too wide to fit in the gap on the roof section (3.25when the distance for the roof was 3) but the front post was the right size. We managed to trim the post to fit which was a bit annoying but it is at the back and invisible. Otherwise we had no problems and are delighted with the result- neat and compact
