Great Product - Looks Fantastic Simon Flinn on 18 July 2018

Purchased from GreenFingers as they were the best deal much cheaper than Amazon for the same product. Not too bad to assemble watched the Video instructions and my friend & I assembled it in about 6 hours. Quick delivery, there were a couple of minor items missing (hooks etc.) I contacted GreenFingers and they replied immediately and the parts were dispatched to me in a couple of days.

Excellent, solid product. Steve Hill on 3 April 2018

Having penny pinched last year on a cheap product which collapsed under the first snowfall (which was not that serious!), I did some research into sensible all-weather alternatives. This is clearly built to do the job, and looks likely to last for many years. It is early days - we've only just finished putting it up, but I am very happy so far. It is well designed and the parts go together well. The instructions could be marginally more informative, and possibly include a statement that not all parts are required (I have a few spares which I can only assume are for other models, but they caused a bit of head scratching for a while!).

Wow love it Paula on 6 July 2017

Took a few weeks to arrive, which was a bit disappointing, and the instructions was not that clear, yes everything was labelled but did not describe what the parts was, On you tubing the video that shows you also how to put it up they made it look easy, This item is not easy to put together, and took us a few attempts you will need two to three people on building this, mainly because of the roof, and the roof is a little tricky as well. Once we had put it together and the curtains on WOW it looks fantastic, we got it to go over our hot tub, and it holds the heat inside, on the 1st heavy down poor off rain we went to check it to make sure they wasn't any leaks , fantastic, no problems what so ever., Over all glad we stuck with it and had a lot of patients on building this as well worth the money, would I recommend to other yes, at 1st I thought oh quite light is the going to with stand the strong winds, but once built it's very sturdy and solid.very happy with it and had 2 people ask where we got it from as they love it,

A Little Tricky LGN42R on 24 July 2017

Eventually arrived at a time I could accept it in three large boxes, all of which were torn, split and taped up and looked very tatty. I was expecting something to be missing, but when I did the inventory, all parts were present. The instruction diagrams are very small, and the written instructions miss vital points out, so you need to check the diagram at each step not just follow the wording. It suggests it will take 4 hours with 2-3 people. This is pure fantasy. It took my father and I, both of whom are practically minded and no strangers to construction, 6 hours, not including the curtains! The roof is the hardest part, and we had to enlist the help of two neighbours to get the roof on top of the structure. The polycarbonate panel surfaces are labelled as 'inside' and 'outside', but half of the irregular shaped panels had to be fitted the wrong way up as they were all the same, no mirror images. The panels were a bit fiddly to fit - it's important that the structure isn't skewed or twisted. We had two 'K' bars left over at the end - shows 4 in the inventory but only 2 used on the diagram. I wouldn't trust the tent pegs to hold the thing in place - we drilled the slabs and used expander bolts. The foot plates look a bit weak for the job, but we'll find out when the winter storms come. So, in summary, give yourself plenty of time, scrutinise the instructions, and have plenty of patience. When it's up it's great. Shame the nice weather has ended!
