I had a little bit of trouble with an unexpectedly quick delivery when I was not home and a couple of little bumps by the courier but when I contacted customer service Alison and Karen were very quick to respond and I was very impressed by the good customer service in this age of companies ignoring feedback - would recommend and about to place another order through the site now - thanks!

They arrived severely damaged in transit and therefore we were only able to build 3 tables. We await a replacement pack to replace the damaged parts. Great 8 seater table posted on 03/05/2010 20:04:07 by I Keleher The assembly unfortunately arrived incomplete and a few phone calls were required to find out that box two never arrived. It was evidently damaged by the carriers so a new table top was despatched as a result. Second delivery arrived but top again damaged although I have not bothered to complain, I will try and repair it myself. I think packaging is inadequate or carriers very careless! When I called Greenfingers to ask about how to treat the wood I was called back with the information within 5 minutes. (sand it down annually and treat with a water based preservative such as Cuprinol).

Didn't experience any problems putting it together. Definatly need two people to put it together and turn it over. One thing to note is that the Express delivery doesn't mean it will turn up the next day, however it did arrive within a week of ordering with the Easter weekend in between. GreenFingers Says: We never like to hear customers are disappointed with a purchase from Greenfingers.com. We can confirm that our express service means that items will be despatched not delivered the next day if ordered after 12pm and the same day if ordered before 12pm.

A quick phone call to Greenfingers and a replacement part was in the post. Table went together very easily. We are very pleased with the whole service and product.

great table posted on 22/07/2008 11:36:52 by karenjovi this was a great buy, loved the picnic table.the only thing that spoilt the service for me was the fact that they didnt contact me for delivery, and just turned up with table.it just so happened i phoned to see when it would be arriving and was told today. and i was going to my work , so wouldnt be home. so i had to put a note on my door to ask them to put it in my garden and get my neighbour to sign for it . It is a good table and fits 8 people round but the gaps on the table are too large and when eating, we are constantly loosing knives and forks etc through the large gaps, which I think is a very bad design of a "table"
