misleading pictures posted on 13/07/2012 09:10:01 by sonya good value for the money but very dissappointed on opening to find that the table is clear glass. as the pictures show a black glass table. to be fair it does state in the discription that the table is clear glass, but i didnt see this when i bought it, and thought it would be like the picture. Greenfingers i think you should change the pictures, like the photo of the table if you purchase it seperatly, this is showing a clear glass table

I spoke to customer services after the two week delivery advice and I understood fully that the recent hot weather had caused a massive number of orders, but I was VERY disappointed not to receive any further communication from the company until the email to let me know that it had dispatched. The set itself is exactly what I wanted and looks great out on the patio. It was very easy to put together and looks far more expensive than the price I paid. The parasol is fantastic too, so all I need now is the weather to enjoy it! Please, Greenfingers, try to keep in closer contact with your customers as the products are fantastic. The table and chairs are of a high quality and sturdy. The parasol actually has an adjusting knob add which also adds to the look of quality. Great price, great appearance, totally brilliant overall and easy to assemble.
