	J.Arthur Bowers John Innes Soil-Based Compost No.1 is a traditional loam-based formulation with limestone and grit sand. Recommended for pricking out young seedlings or rooted cuttings and moving up to larger pots, this is also suitable for young plants, plug plants and fruit and vegetables. The product arrived in 2/3 days, far quicker than I'd expected. My only criticism is that the packing (two 20 litre packs per cardboard box) was less than ideal: the boxes were heavy and had started to come apart. Please use stronger packing next time!! Good stuff and swiftly sent posted on 29/07/2011 by Fairfran Dependable product, but having it delivered was bliss, as I am disabled.
