Although there was a long delay in receiving the set, we were very pleased when it got here. Easy to put together and it looks good in our rustic garden. The chairs are nice and wide but the timber on the bench seat feels a bit unsafe. Time, and a few bbq's, will tell.

The table was delivered quickly after ordering but one of the legs was broken. I emailed customer services with a photo showing how it arrived in the packaging and a new part was despatched very speedily. Great value, great service. Thank you.

Nice bench and easy to assemble. It did have a broken part but one quick phone call and a replacement was sent and received next working day, what excellent service.

This is a pretty bench which is fairly sturdy. I am happy with this purchase. It was very easy to assemble.

Pretty good single seats. Much lower than i thought it would be. Mine broke as soon as i built it - but had a faulty leg/side. Mailed in and it was replaced right away!

The bench is good value but i was disappointed that the note to delivery specifying which days were suitable was ignored and item was left without a receipt signature

This bench is really quite cute only fault i find is the slats are quite narrow which makes it feel a bit wobbly when you sit down & i feel i will have to be careful that the grandchildren dont stand on it!!Maybe they need to supply an extra bracket underneath as only three supplied. otherwise i am quite happy with it and its easy to build up. GG

Greenfingers have been more than helpful, regarding replacing this item, but i have concerns now over the durability of this bench, as i still do not have one that is not broken. The last one to arrive actually had one of the cast iron legs snapped?

Warped. Pretty wobbly especially the chairs. Quality poorer than expected. Regret Purchasing items!
