Click Extra Images: pic 1	A quality Shiplap FSC Storage Chest that can be used to store your smaller garden items safely and securely. ufactured using quality FSC-approved timber making the garden shed both robust and durable, it is constructed around 27mm x 32mm framing with 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding and has oriented strand board (OSB) solid sheets on the floor and lid. It is secured with a hasp and staple lock and the hinged lid is easily held open with the fitted propped arm. Shiplap is a basic style of overlapping siding board and this overlapping pattern creates a weather-resistant shell around the building. The tight fitting nature of the tongue and groove joints are more likely to provide a long-lasting seal against rain, snow and ice; although once your storage chest has been installed, you should continue to maintain it with a good quality preservative every year or two, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This will ensure that your storage chest will last for many years. We're really pleased with this one now it's up. The wood is relatively good quality and there was no splitting or warping. Instructions were good and my husband and I put it up together (it took a couple of hours) without any problems. It looks nice and is roomy enough for our needs.
