This really great Playhouse is mounted on a tower base and is accessed by a ladder which can be positioned on the left or the right. Your kids will love it! It also has a balcony with a safety rail and is sure to provide hours of fun. Manufactured using FSC-approved timber, this quality playhouse is both durable and robust. Constructed around 27mm x 32mm framing and 8mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding, this playhouse also has three fixed styrene windows with crosses, a single door with a flower motif and oriented strand board (OSB) solid sheets on the floor and roof.

Shiplap is a basic style of overlapping siding board and this overlapping pattern creates a weather-resistant shell around the building. The tight fitting nature of the tongue and groove joints are more likely to provide a long-lasting seal against rain, snow and ice; although once your playhouse has been installed, you should continue to maintain it with a good quality preservative every year or two, in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. This will ensure that your playhouse will last for many years.
