Excellent service. The product is great value, and bigger than we expected. The thing is that it has no written manual, just very poor picture. We tried to put them all together, it took us about 3 hours. But i think its worth it! Good value posted on 02/04/2012 A very good value barbecue however there was a chip on the lid and the instructions require a little thought? good value posted on 05/07/2009 by kitty after seeing the other review i was going to cancel my order but iam glad i did not the instructions are bad but once you manage to put it together it is ok unlike the other customer my lid fits fine and the air vent has not melted ,and when you look at the cost of other bbqs in the garden centre it is very good value for money for the size and what you get i would say that when it arrived the box was very damaged and it could be package better ,but overall iam happy with my purchase. Not Great posted on 29/06/2009 by Maria1 Was not very pleased with this, don't think it's worth the money. The instructions are not great and very hard to read. The lid doesn't fit, and the plastic bit on the top air vent has melted onto the lid, so we can't move it. GreenFingers Says: We never like to hear one of our customers has been disappointed with a purchase from Greenfingers.com. We will be trying to get better instructions for all our BBQ's for next season.
