Excellent - can be modified slightly posted on 08/10/2011 I bought 3 of these last year and also found even though the dimensions fitted for the bin it was not quite the correct height due to the top front wooden support bar. However as I ordered 3 of them I was able to modify them all by removing the top front support bars and as I was joining them all together I joined them at the front and back down each side where they met with some 3"by 2" timber which enabled them to be sturdy enough to use. Also the hook attachments on the chain to fix to the wheelie bins was not quite sturdy enough and I replaced them recently with new 's' shaped hooks and clamped one end to the chain and drilled a hole in each bin lid to fix the hook to (DO NOT CLAMP THIS END or you won't be able to release it to get the bin emptied). With these modifications it has been an extremely great product and if a similar modification like this could be made at the manufacturing stage this would over come the issues for the majority of users. The alternative for the top support bar would be to design it with a detachable bar which could be removed and then replaced to enable the bin to be removed for emptying. Hope this helps anyone with a similar problem and then you can enjoy your garden without the unsightly bins just sitting there. The storage frames can also be secured to a wall for further stability. Excellent Product posted on 23/12/2010 by LS6174D FSC Fkat Top Slatted Bin Tidy An excellent product received in just a few days. Very simple to put together in about 15 minutes. Only disappointment was that I would have liked to secure it to a brick wall by drilling through the diagonal support at the back, but realised if I did this, then the lid would not open fully. Problem solved, I used two short pieces of chain! It arrived within a few days, easy to assemble and 'does what it says on tin'. Obviously it is important to measure the bin first to check the dimensions, which you are advised to do - very sensible and we did and it worked. I would buy again from greenfingers. There was a problem with one of the bins as one of the parts (a wooden horizontal piece) was missing. I e-mailed the company and the missing piece was delivered 2 days later. I found that the single unit is of a lower height to the double and have had to modify it to take the relevant bin. No problem with the double unit.
