The canopy maybe isn't the most attractive and the chain at the front of the seat rubs against the armrest which seems like an odd design, other than that, great product. Although it took some time to put together, it was easy and the instructions were easy to follow. All "tools" were supplied...small spanners and Allen Keys, along with screws and nuts of good quality. It would be advisable to use "proper" tools however, as the packaged ones were small and difficult to handle (spanners). (we're 63 &61) we put the cushions from our previous swing on & the first one to use it was our cat Sam. I had to get him out from under the cover before we went to bed or he would have stayed out all night. First thing in the morning he was back out there. I have already sent in a picture of him on it. The swing arrived and although the box was a little damaged the swing was intact. The swing went together extremely well with easy to follow instructions, 2 people are needed, and it took approx 45mins. Quality is superb. gave it a 2 coats of garden furniture stain the next day and has been enjoyed ever since (weather permitting). The cover is an added bonus. Would use Greenfingers again.
