This plant is an evergreen perennial. It is notable for its striking flower panicles and glossy foliage. A cane-stemmed begonia with pink flowers, to 4cm across, and silver-splashed leaves. Begonias are also susceptible to botrytis, stem rot and mites and thrips.

It's shape is described as upright. It grows to a height of 1.2m and 0.6m in width. It has lobed foliage that is green. It produces flowers during spring/summer that are purple in colour.
