Secure payment online When you place your order you are automatically connected to our secure servers using SSL 40 bit encryption. A picture of a closed padlock will show near the bottom right corner of your screen. This means that your details are fully encrypted (security coded), and remain secure across the Internet and after they reach our order processing centre. Throughout payment and subsequently your credit/debit card details are encrypted to secure all your information from the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Payment is collected by Greenfingers.com at the time of order. 2. Cards accepted We accept most major credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Delta. Please note that your credit/debit card will be debited at the point of purchase and before despatch. If we are unable to fullfill your order for any reason we will refund your payment immediately. 3. Alternative methods of payment You do not have to pay for your goods through the website. You can place your order by telephone to our customer services department, or you can telephone them and arrange to pay by cheque. In both cases the telephone number is 0845 345 0728. 4. Prices All prices quoted are in GBP (£). All prices are inclusive of Value added tax (VAT). A delivery charge of £4.95 per order for all orders, however large, is added to the price quoted. 5. Receipts All orders are accompanied by an itemised delivery slip. Fulfilment If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order after you have made payment we will refund the payment in full. immediately. 7. Our mistake Although we like to think it's very unlikely, if we make any mistake to do with your purchase, we will correct the error within 30 days. 8. Promotional vouchers We may at any time offer promotional vouchers which can be used as part payment. Use of these e-vouchers is governed by the terms set out here. a) Limit of one promotional voucher per customer per order. b) Promotional e-vouchers cannot be applied after an order has been placed with us. c) If your order exceeds the value of your promotional voucher, you must pay for the balance with a credit or debitcard, or by one of our other accepted methods of payment (see 2 above.) Any unused value of a voucher will be lost. d) Promotional e-vouchers have an expiry date.
